Join us at Fishponds Old Library for a rejuvenating uplifting workshop! Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and treat yourself to a session of deep relaxation and mindfulness. I will guide you through various techniques to help you unwind and de-stress.

In this one hour 30mintues workshop, you will leave with basic understanding of how your brain creates stress and homeostasis [resets]. We will talk about circadian rhythms and most importantly, understanding the language of your nervous system. Armed with this understanding, you are now prepared and ready to go through guided relaxation and reset the stress baseline.

Over 4weeks, of revisiting this process you will be able to understand your brain and make your nervous system an ally in the process of creating your best life.

Please wear something comfortable and relaxing, Bring a mat, water and a throw to cover yourself with. if you have one of those eye pillow/eye cover bring it. Also bring a journal to write in.

Over the last 23 years of my life, from being a refugee for 19 years in the UK, unable to work, travel and even finish university, to getting my settlement in the UK in 2018 and becoming a father, I have discovered, studied and practice a set of scientific discoveries that allows me to remain resilient and be emotionally connected, irrespective of the conditions of my environment, memorised feelings and to better understand the autonomic, automatic primitive responses of my biology that are "livewired for survival.

I discovered that if we combine brain science, epigenetic, brainwave studies, quantum mechanics and the neurobiology of stress [trauma], the combination of these sciences can truly empower each of us to begin to interact with the nature of our biological life.

My passion is to share these set of sciences and empower people from all different walks of life to get into the quantum field beyond realm of time and space. The quantum field is realm of possibilities. It is a self organising self creative and self initiating force that consistently and constantly gives us life without our will and it is greater than us.

Through my practice as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy I work with people with chronic stress, pain, phobias, insomnia, eating disorders, weight loss, low confidence, ptsd, cptsd and etc.

PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow to sit on. You may like to bring an eye mask/pillow if you have one. Wear comfy and warm clothes. Water or an herbal tea is also advised.
