ACTIVATE YOUR SELF-WORTH is an intimate group healing meditation experience inviting you to pause, look within and explore your relationship with your own sense of worth.Through guided meditation, reflection, visualisation and ThetaHealing® work, we will create a space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer needs to define you and open up to new possibilities. You don’t need to arrive with answers.Simply come with curiosity and an openness to see yourself from a different perspective.
