This one-off new duo of masterclasses is designed to empower actors to develop their own creative work. The masterclasses focus on the essential skills of writing, directing, and producing, providing you with the tools to develop and showcase your own original work.

These masterclasses are ideal for actors seeking to:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the film and theatre-making process.

  • Stand out to industry by creating your own proof-of-concepts.

Course Highlights:

  • 2-Session Intensive: A focused program providing a comprehensive overview of the key elements of making your own work.
  • Expert Instruction: Learn from industry professionals with extensive experience in writing, directing, and producing.
  • Practical Skills: Develop hands-on skills in script development, directing techniques, and production management.
  • Artist Development: Explore strategies for developing your unique artistic voice and creating compelling content.
  • Funding Your Vision: Gain insights into securing funding for your projects, from grant applications to independent financing.

You can either book for a single session, or for both of them at a discounted rate!

Actors trained by Collective in the last three years have gone on to work in Hollywood films, on Broadway, for the National Theatre, in the West End and in series for Netflix, HBO, BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

We are passionate about working with actors from underrepresented groups and we will always seek to break down barriers to access in professional actor-training. Scholarships are available for those who are facing challenging circumstances.
