Overview

Queertopia Consortium with Cole Barker Senior ADHD Practitioner NHS

Join us at Queertopia Consortium for the second of a three-part workshop series exploring ADHD and neurodivergence, led by Cole Barker, Senior ADHD Practitioner, NHS.

This interactive session creates a supportive, trauma-informed space to better understand ADHD—whether you are navigating it personally, supporting others, or wanting to deepen your awareness.

🧠 What we’ll explore:

• What is ADHD?

• Understanding neurodivergence and neurodiversity

• The hidden challenges of ADHD: rumination, self-doubt, and the inner critic

• Burnout and overwhelm

• Rejection sensitivity and emotional impact

🌱 Who is this for?

This workshop is open to everyone—whether your interest is personal or professional.

We especially welcome LGBTQIA+ community members seeking understanding, connection, and tools for navigating everyday life.

💛 Accessibility & Community

We are committed to keeping Queertopia accessible.

We offer solidarity tickets, helping fund free and reduced-cost spaces for those who may not otherwise be able to attend.

If cost is a barrier, please reach out—we want you in the room.

📸 Photography & filming

Photos and videos may be taken for Queertopia content.

If you prefer not to be captured, please let a team member know on arrival.

Accessibility

If you have any access needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to support you.
