ADHD FOUNDER CONNECT Increasing confidence so you can shout about yourself
The UK's first in person ADHD Business growth membership. Come and learn how to build a business you love with the brain you have.
ADHD FOUNDERS CONNECT
ADHD Connect is the UK’s only in-person business growth membership designed exclusively for driven ADHD business owners who don’t fit the mould.
Each month, we dive into a new topic designed to give you practical strategies, a supportive community, and the tools you need to build and grow a thriving ADHD-led business.
Who are ADHD Impact?
ADHD Impact is a Business Psychology Consultancy dedicated to helping ADHDers smash it at work and in business.
ADHD Impact was founded by ADHDer Becca Brighty, Business Psycholgist and ADHD coach.
It is a business with the purpose of helping ADHDers understand and lean into their ADHD, to help them make the impact at work and in business that they know they can.
Becca has used the skills her professional training has given her to learn as much about ADHD as possible and apply that knowledge to how people work.
Becca has completely changed her working life and wants to help others to feel confident, competent and excited about work and achieve the success that they know they deserve.
This event will take place at Quorum Business Park.
This month's title is: Creating the Confidence to Shout About Your Work
For ADHD Entreprenuers & Founders
You know you’re good at what you do.
You’ve helped people. Delivered results. Built something valuable.
So why does talking about your work still feel uncomfortable, awkward… or weirdly exposing?
Many ADHD entrepreneurs experience a huge gap between what they’re capable of and how confidently they communicate it.
Not because they lack talent but because of things like fear of judgment, past experiences, rejection sensitivity, masking, and an internal belief that they need to “earn” confidence before they’re allowed to be visible.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore why promoting yourself can feel so emotionally difficult when you have ADHD and how to start shifting the patterns keeping you small.
We'll cover:
- Why confidence often feels inconsistent for ADHD brains.
- Cognitive dissonance and the gap between your current identity and future self.
- The hidden beliefs that stop you from being visible.
- Why “just put yourself out there” doesn’t work for many ADHD entrepreneurs.
- How successful people build self-belief before they fully feel ready.
- What the future version of you would do differently.
- Practical ways to speak about your work with more clarity, confidence and authenticity
This isn’t about becoming louder, more salesy or pretending to be someone you’re not. It’s about becoming the kind of person who no longer feels the need to hide the value they bring.
Expect honest conversations, powerful mindset shifts, practical reflection exercises, and a room full of people who get it.
