This is a relaxed, informal evening designed with ADHD brains in mind.
You’ll be warmly welcomed when you arrive, and there’s absolutely no pressure to join in with anything you don’t fancy.
The night will flow gently, with optional activities designed to foster meaningful connections, rather than the awkward "sooooo what do you do" or "can you believe the traffic"?
ADHD Bingo encourages you to do things like connect on LinkedIn, share your sensory preferences and a speed networking game of “ADHD Would You Rather?” help break the ice and spark connection.
There’ll be plenty of time for unstructured chats, laughter, and meaningful conversations with people who just get it.
Whether you love to dive right in or prefer to hang back and observe and do a jigsaw, you’re welcome just as you are.
Your ticket price includes one drink. If you want to get some food, the Town Wall has a lovely menu and you can order food separately :-)
