No. This workshop is suitable for adults who are diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply recognise ADHD traits in themselves.

No. This is a practical, skills-based workshop. There is no reflective sharing required, and you won’t be asked to discuss personal details.

Do I need to be organised to benefit?

Absolutely not. This workshop is designed specifically for people who struggle to organise their thoughts, prioritise tasks, or get started.

What do I need to bring?

Pen.
Paper.
That’s it.

You’ll be guided step by step to create your own Micro Mind Map during the session.

Is this just for Mondays?

Accepted Answer

No. We use Monday as a starting point because it often is a trigger for  feeling overwhelm  but the tool you learn can be used any day, for any task, big or small.
