ADHD Overwhelm: A Micro Mind Mapping Workshop

Online event
Monday, Mar 23 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am GMT
Overview

Help your ADHD mind navigate the week ahead. A free 60-min Micro Mind Mapping workshop to turn overwhelm into clear direction.

What This Workshop Offers

This free, live 60-minute workshop introduces you to Micro Mind Mapping - a practical, repeatable tool you can use anytime overwhelm builds.

Micro Mind Mapping helps you:

• Get what’s in your head onto paper
• Break tasks into visible micro starting points
• Reduce cognitive overload
• Create clear direction
• Move forward — guided by your energy, focus and capacity

Micro Mind Mapping is a visual, free-flowing process.
When you start writing and drawing, you reduce the pressure to think logically and allow your brain’s visual strengths to take the lead. From there, planning, prioritising and moving forward become easier.

A creative mind technique you can return to whenever your ADHD mind feels overloaded or uncertain - no matter what day or time it is.
