Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you can reserve a second ticket for a trusted adult if you would like to, even if they don’t have ADHD. They will be asked to agree to the same ground rules and boundaries as everyone else.

Can I take a break during the session?

Accepted Answer

There is absolutely no expectation to sit still for a whole hour. You can leave your seat or leave the room for a movement break at any point.

What if I'm late?

The door to the conference room will be closed from around 7.15 but please just knock and you’ll be welcome to join us at any point. We know it can be difficult to manage time so there will be no negative judgement for arriving late.

Is the venue accessible?
