Come and meet others for a chill session where we can chat, share stories, and support each other in navigating life with ADHD.
This group is a supportive space for adults with ADHD to connect, learn, and feel understood. It’s a place to talk honestly about the real-life challenges of ADHD—such as focus, motivation, time management, emotions, relationships, work, and burnout—without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.”
The group focuses on shared experience rather than perfection. Members may exchange practical strategies, reflect on what has helped or hasn’t, and explore how ADHD shows up differently for each person. Just as important, the group offers validation: a reminder that struggles with ADHD are not personal failures.
This is not a space for fixing or diagnosing, but for support, understanding, and growth at your own pace. Listening is just as welcome as speaking, and everyone is encouraged to participate in whatever way feels right for them.
The goal is simple: to feel less alone, gain insight, and build self-compassion while navigating life with ADHD.
We welcome diagnosed ADHDers, those seeking diagnosis or just those exploring ADHD.
We offer a non judgemental space to share experiences and meet others who may have similar experiences
