ADHD Peer Support Group
A peer-led support group for adults with ADHD, to connect, share and learn from each other in a safe space. No diagnosis required.
Open to adults (18+) whether you have a diagnosis or not.
This is not a support service and we are not professionals - we are simply a group of people with ADHD connecting, sharing with and learning from each other, to create a safe space to be ourselves.
What to expect
We'll agree on some ground rules and boundaries and have some topic suggestions to help start a conversation.
There's no pressure to talk.
Arrival information:
There is a free car park and the venue is located at the end of Acre Close (through the height restriction gate).
The automatic door to the Civic Centre is unreliable so you may need to open it manually - if you have any difficulties getting in, please contact the event organiser, Bethan, on 07713282487.
The conference room we will be using is on the left inside the civic centre.
Please leave the building quietly out of respect for the neighbours, and as you found it (we will all need to tidy up after ourselves).
Free to attend
Free tickets are available as the default to ensure this event is accessible to all who need it.
Our group's running costs are £26 a month (room hire and insurance) so if you are able to choose a paid ticket to contribute towards this, it would help us to continue providing these events long-term and we would be most grateful.
