Peer‑led ADHD group offering non‑judgmental support, shared lived experience and practical strategies.
️ADHD Assessments, Medication and More: Ask the Expert️
We receive a lot of questions in our sessions about ADHD medication, co‑occurring conditions and what the assessment process actually looks like, so I thought I would invite the amazing Dr Iqbal to come and talk us through it. Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin is a consultant psychiatrist with over 25 years’ experience, specialising in adult ADHD and related mental health conditions. He will explain each step of the ADHD assessment process, outline the different medication options and talk about how these can help with everyday ADHD symptoms such as focus, impulsivity, emotional regulation and co‑occurring conditions. Dr Iqbal will then offer plenty of time for an open Q&A, so you can ask any questions you may have about assessments, medication, co‑occurring conditions, or living well with ADHD — this will be a great opportunity to get your questions answered.
Date: Monday 18th May 2026
Time: 7:00 - 9:00pm
Location: The Holt Room, St Andrews Church, Kimbolton Road, Bedford MK40 2PF
