Menopause Special – Women Only
🌟 Next Bedford ADHD Support Group – Women, Hormones & ADHD Special 🌟
Our next Adult ADHD Support Group will be a female-only session, focused on the unique ways hormones impact women with ADHD. This session is open to all adults who identify as women, whether you have a formal diagnosis, are awaiting assessment, or self-identify as having ADHD.
I’m delighted to be joined by special guest Adele Wimsett from Harmonise You. Adele is a Women’s Health Practitioner and somatic coach who specialises in hormones, perimenopause and ADHD, supporting women from menarche through to menopause.
Adele will be talking about:
- How hormones can shape ADHD traits across the month and different life stages
- Why symptoms can spike premenstrually and around perimenopause
- Practical ways to support your hormones, nervous system and everyday wellbeing
If you’re a woman navigating ADHD and hormones, this space is for you. Please share with any women in your life who might benefit and tag a friend who needs this conversation. 💜
Location:
St Andrews Church, Kimbolton Road, Bedford
(Free parking available)
Time:
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Cost:
Free (suggested donation welcome to help cover venue costs)
If you need a safe, supportive environment to learn, recharge, and feel understood — this group is for you.
