Overview

Ever wished you understood your ADHD brain a bit better, or felt let down that post-diagnosis support stops at medication? This is for you!

Join Us at ADHD Unpacked!

In this workshop we'll explore some frameworks to help us understand the ADHD brain, then slow things down and really make sense of them, exploring how each shows up in our lives and how we can use that understanding to our advantage.

If you’ve ever wondered why your focus, motivation or energy seem to fluctuate…
or why strategies that work for other people don’t always work for you…
this workshop is designed to help make sense of that.

During the session we’ll explore:
• Executive function and what affects our ability to plan, focus and follow through
•The interest-wired nervous system and how it shapes motivation and productivity
• How to identify and communicate what your brain actually needs
• Why your capacity can change day to day
• How to let go of self-criticism and bring a bit more compassion to your brain

You’ll leave with:

• a clearer understanding of how your brain works
• language to explain your needs at work
• practical ways to support your focus and energy
• and hopefully a little more compassion for yourself along the way

It’s a reflective, practical session. There’ll be space to notice your own patterns, learn from each other, and start identifying what you might need. The aim isn’t to change who you are, it’s to understand your wiring better and work with it.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, or just curious about how your brain works, the aim is simple: to help you work with your brain rather than constantly fighting it.

This is where things begin to shift.

*I have 2 low-income spaces, if you need one of these please email me at hello@elliestarkwood.com
