Bringing VCFSE admin volunteers and staff together to connect, share, and support each other.
Are you the person who keeps things ticking along behind the scenes?
Whether you're a volunteer or paid member of staff, admin roles in the VCFSE sector can often feel invisible. You're organising, coordinating, problem-solving, keeping records up to date, supporting colleagues and volunteers, and somehow holding everything together, often without much time to connect with others doing the same job.
This meetup is a chance for the people behind the scenes to come together, get to know each other, share ideas and build a supportive network of admin volunteers and workers across Stockport.
Bring along a project you're working on, a challenge you're facing, or something you're stuck on and tap into the experience and knowledge of others who understand the realities of the role. Or simply come along for a chat, meet new people and help us explore what support admin staff and volunteers in our sector need.
There is no agenda, no pressure and no expectation. Just a friendly space to connect, learn from each other and recognise the important role admin plays in keeping our organisations running.

The Sector 3 offices are on the ground floor with an accessible front entrance, but we can also meet you at the front door, provide ear plugs if you have auditory processing or sensory challenges, or take you to a quiet room before continuing with your visit.
Parking
The Merseyway / Redrock car park is the closest and most accessible car park, and charges approximately £1.50 per hour.
Alternatively Warren Street car park (The Old Sainsburys) charge £6.50 for the whole day, if you're looking for a longer, cheaper option.
