Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There will be alcohol served at the event, so any under 18 years olds must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the refund policy?
We will do our best to refund your ticket where possible but cannot refund less than 24 hours before the start of the event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
That's fine as long as the attendee brings the downloaded ticket with them.
