The Ideas Foundation is a charity committed to inspiring a new creative class.  We believe that the brightest ideas don't come from one place, or one type of person.   Creativity doesn't have a class, but it should have a classroom.   We ask big brands to give us real creative projects.

Ideas Foundation

Ideas Foundation are a charity comitted to increasing diversity in the creative industries. We work with big brands and their creative agencies to give young people opportunities to learn about and gain experience within the industry. We work with young people aged 14-20 who are interested in finding out more about the industry.
If you've ever thought about working in advertising, or just want to find out what careers are available in the industry, then we have the perfect day for you! We know it's tempting to stay in watching netflix and youtube videos in this weather, but come along and do something useful for your career!
During February half term we are running an advertising induction day at the fabulous offices of DigitasLBi.  They are a global marketing and technology agency that transforms businesses for the digital age and have done some fantastic work for brands such as Nissan, Sony and Volvo.
During the day you will hear from a number of people in the agency who will give you an insight in to the types of roles that are available, what life is like working in an agency, and what you can do to get a job in a creative agency.
You'll also get the chance to work on a live brief and pitch your ideas back to agency mentors who will give you valuable feedback on your work. This is an exciting opportunity to get your work seen by the experts and that's not a chance you get every day!
On top of all this, this is an amazing opportunity to network with the people who might one day be employing you. You never know what opportunities this could bring. So come along, bring a friend if you like, and take that step towards your dream career.
