Aerial Loops with Robbie Hébert
Join Robbie Hébert for a two-hour Aerial Loops class. Students will learn flows on loops and work on technique around spinning and drops.
This is a mixed level class which is focused on developing sequences and transitions on aerial loops. You can expect some time spent developing techniques which overlap with both straps and sling. We will do a few different sequences with a strong focus on understanding how the pieces fit together and how students can take them away and rebuild them into new choreography. Students can expect to learn some drops and more impressive tricks, and we will likely finish with spinning technique and ways to spin on straps and loops. This class is appropriate as a first loops class or for students with loops experience.
Prerequisites: this class works for a wide variety of skill levels. Ideally students should have some aerial experience and be able to invert from the floor. The class may be split by levels depending on the needs of the students.
