A.F.C.A.S - PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL – POSITIONAL SCOUTING & RECRUITMENT WORKSHOP - MODULE 7.

WORKSHOP: Online fully interactive.

WORKSHOP LENGTH: 7+ hours, with additional distance learning tasks to be completed.

The workshop is spread over two evenings of three and a half-hour sessions.

WORKSHOP SIZE: Maximum of 9 workshop attendees.

WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR: This two-day, seven-hour, fully interactive workshop is designed for scouts, coaches, and agents who have previously attended our MODULE 1 - MODULE 6 workshops.

Due to the workshop's nature and the tasks assigned, there is a week between day 1 and day 2 of the workshop to allow attendees to complete the tasks from day 1.

In this online workshop, attendees will further enhance their understanding of the Scouting Process and how Recruitment Departments function through the scenario task, working with a team in a top national league.

Utilizing the knowledge acquired from the previous levels of the workshop, attendees will complete scenario tasks.

Moreover, participants will face real-time recruitment scenarios that they may encounter while working for a Premier League Club, requiring them to make real-time decisions regarding the club's recruitment in the current transfer window.

• TAKE PART IN REAL-WORLD RECRUITMENT SCENARIO SITUATIONS

WITH THE USE OF VIDEO TASKS, GROUP WORK, AND PLAYER PROFILE TASKS -

REAL-WORLD

• SQUAD MAPPING - ASSESSING THE DEPTH OF THE CLUB’S SQUAD AND HIGHLIGHT RECRUITMENT NEEDS
• IDENTIFY THE KEY PERFORMERS WITHIN THE SQUAD AND HIGHLIGHT AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT
• BUILD RECOMMENDATION LISTS
• PROVIDE BACKGROUND CHECKS ON PLAYERS
• ASSESS THE SIGNING POTENTIAL OF PLAYERS WITH VIDEO TASKS
• SUBMIT TRANSFER RECOMMENDATIONS
