<h2>W﻿hat words describe how you most want to feel?</h2>W﻿e can use affirmations in every part of our life and they can be particularly meaningful when we create them in a calm and compassionate way.<h2>T﻿his deeply relaxing afternoon event is designed to help you craft your own intention affirmations.</h2>Y﻿ou'll hear about how affirmations can be used in everyday life, some of the research that's now being done to understand the benefits they bring and a personal story of how using affirmations has helped shape my own life.<h2>You'll also have a beautiful opportunity to use the phrase(s) you create in a relaxation practice on the day.</h2>T﻿his is a chance to relax into your Friday afternoon, bringing some peace and calm into your weekend.And we will be recording it. So if you can't make it on the day, you'll be able to listen in whenever is right for you.<h2>ABOUT HENNY</h2>Henny is an author, professionally qualified coach, podcaster and retreat host who supports people in deepening their self-awareness with profound self-compassion.
