I did not attend part one, can I still come to this workshop?

Yes, this workshop can be attended as a stand alone.

Will there be food and drinks ?

There will be NO food or drinks available for purchase at the workshop, however there will be tea and coffee facilities. There are also several fast food restaurants, shops and local supermarkets near by should you want to purchase something. You can also bring your own food if desired.

Stratford Car Park has parking available for a fee and is a 5 minute walk away.

What is the closest station to the venue?

Stratford Station is a 5 minute walk away and Maryland Station is a 10 minute walk away. There are also several buses that can be taken with bus stops being a short walk from the venue. Use journey planner to check the most convenient route.

Afrikan Origins: Unlocking (Y)our Creativity Workshop is part 2 in our Afrikan Origins Series. We will be looking at all things sacral chakra related:

Understanding what creative energy is.
How our creative blocks are manifesting individually and communually.
The manifestation of dis-ease in the Black body and its correlation to stagnant creative energy.
How to unlock our creative centre, and advance in our personal lives and as a community.

Whether you're a creative, a curious mind, a spiritualist or an academic, this workshop is for you!
