Welcome to Afro-dancer-cise! Get ready to move your body & groove to rhythms from Africa & the Caribbean in this high energy dance fitness class.

Join us from Friday 21 March 2025 at 7pm and every Friday after at the Tottenham Community Sports Centre for a fun & exciting workout like no other.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of dance routines that will not only get your heart pumping but also help you unleash your inner dancer. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, Afro-dancer-cise is suitable for all levels.

Comfortable clothing & a bottle of water is essential, but more importantly, be prepared to dance, sweat & have a great time!
