After Hours: an event by PLAY X Basic Space
Bringing a twist to the traditional wellness experience, we blend music- led movement with some of London’s leading creative talent.
Working through a monthly theme, PLAY x Basic Space’s recurring session will consist of a PLAY Method flow, led by one of our guides, followed by a creative arts element.
Each of our guides bring their various backgrounds in movement and the creative arts to create an experience unique to PLAY, making no 2 sessions the same.
Flowing from movement to the creative arts, we facilitate a 360 wellness experience, drawing on creative art practices such as spoken word, live art, sound healing, live music, creative writing, and art workshops.
