Please note:

  • Responsibility for a young person’s travel to and from the venue remains with parents/carers.
  • The provision does not accept responsibility for escorting young people to school, monitoring punctuality, or ensuring attendance following Breakfast Club sessions.
  • Safeguarding responsibility commences upon arrival at the venue and ends when the young person departs.
  • Young people may leave independently unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
  • Any safeguarding concerns identified during sessions will be managed in line with the organisation’s safeguarding policy and shared with appropriate agencies where required.
