<p>The Agendashift Deep Dive workshop ‘Coaching and leading continuous transformation’ is the Agendashift engagement model delivered in the form a highly immersive workshop. It is aimed at coaches, consultants, and managers wishing to:</p><ul><li>Develop their coaching and leadership skills in the areas of enquiry, facilitation, strategy deployment, and change leadership</li><li>Broaden and deepen their appreciation of the Lean-Agile landscape and related bodies of knowledge and their strategic application to organizational development</li></ul><p>Your facilitator will be Agendashift founder <a href="https://www.agendashift.com/mike" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mike Burrows</a>.</p><p>This online workshop will be delivered over 4 days, two 2-hour sessions per day:</p><ol><li>November 17th, 09:30-11:30 GMT (10:30-12:30 CET)</li><li>November 17th, 12:30-14:30 GMT (13:30-15:30 CET)</li><li>November 18th, 09:30-11:30 GMT (10:30-12:30 CET)</li><li>November 18th, 12:30-14:30 GMT (13:30-15:30 CET)</li><li>November 19th, 09:30-11:30 GMT (10:30-12:30 CET)</li><li>November 19th, 12:30-14:30 GMT (13:30-15:30 CET)</li><li>November 20th, 09:30-11:30 GMT (10:30-12:30 CET)</li><li>November 20th, 12:30-14:30 GMT (13:30-15:30 CET)</li></ol><p>That&#x27;s 16 hours of session time, and there will be  opportunity for informal conversation and questions before and after most sessions.</p><h2>Who should attend?</h2><p>The Deep Dive workshop is aimed at all agents and leaders of organizational change – whether internal or external, specialist practitioner or sponsor. Whilst the majority of attendees have been coaches and consultants, a significant number have held managerial and business leadership roles.</p><p>You will have ample opportunity to put them into your organizational context and demonstrate Agendashift’s ability to meet organizational needs in ways such as these:</p><ul><li>Launching, refocusing, or reenergizing continuous transformation in your organization</li><li>Enhancing your organization’s internal coaching and change management capability</li><li>Embedding outcome-orientation and continuous transformation through leadership development</li></ul><h2>Workshop Outcomes</h2><ul><li>Practice in a range of outcome-oriented facilitation techniques</li><li>Recognition of the role of outcome orientation in the modern organization</li><li>Understanding of the integration of techniques and concepts from Lean-Agile, Kanban, Clean Language, Cynefin, Lean Startup, and A3</li><li>Awareness of the power of feedback loops in organizational behaviour and evolution</li></ul><h2>Workshop Overview</h2><h3>Sessions 1 &amp; 2: Discovery – Describing where we&#x27;d like to get to</h3><p>Exploring organizational context, objectives, obstacles, and outcomes using these Core exercises:</p><ul><li>Celebration-5W</li><li>True North / Obstacles</li><li>15-minute FOTO (Lite)</li><li>Plan on a Page</li></ul><p>This structure provides a great example of the generative pattern <a href="https://www.agendashift.com/framework/patterns/idoo" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ideal, Obstacles, Outcomes (IdOO)</a>. </p><h3>Sessions 3 &amp; 4: Exploration – Prospecting for opportunities</h3><p>The opportunity to practice skills acquired in Discovery and to reinforce the IdOO pattern:</p><ul><li>Assessment  / Survey Debrief / Obstacles</li><li>Challenge Mapping</li><li>15-minute FOTO (Classic)</li></ul><p>Across the first four sessions, additional material/exercises may cover:</p><ul><li>Culture, Values, and Systems Thinking</li><li>Outside-in Strategy Review</li></ul><h3>Session 5: Mapping – Building a visual transformation plan</h3><p>The output of Exploration fed through a string of complementary mapping exercises:</p><ul><li>Option Approach Mapping (not its real name)</li><li>Option Relationship Mapping</li><li>Pathway Mapping</li></ul><p>Additional material/exercises may cover:</p><ul><li>Complexity theory and its application</li><li>Other mapping and strategy tools</li><li>Strategy model reconciliations</li></ul><h3>Session 6. Right-to-Left Strategy Deployment and Changeban</h3><ul><li>The Changeban game</li><li>Introducing the <a href="https://www.agendashift.com/framework/patterns/rtl-strategy-deployment" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Right-to-Left Strategy Deployment</a> pattern</li></ul><h3>Session 7. <p>This highly interactive session will be conducted over Zoom with Google Docs and Miro. Participants will need to connect from a computer and over a suitable network – any corporate firewalls etc allowing access to those tools.</p><p>All participants will receive a certificate of participation and qualify for a £50 discount on the Agendashift partner programme. Mike is the author of the Lean-Agile classic <em>Kanban from the Inside</em> (2014) and <em>Agendashift: Outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation</em> (2018); his third book <em>Right to Left: the digital leader’s guide to Lean and Agile</em> was published in 2019 and as an audiobook in 2020.  Outside of Agendashift, he is known for Kanban’s values model, the Featureban and Changeban games, and as a strong advocate for participatory and outcome-oriented approaches to change, transformation, and strategy.
