The event will be introduced/chaired by Claire Goodman, Professor in Health Care Research, University of Hertfordshire. Our speakers will be:•	Dr Jennifer Lynch (University of Hertfordshire)Findings from a National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Knowledge Mobilisation Research Fellowship on assistive technology implementation and knowledge mobilisation in English social care commissioned services for older people.•	Professor Jon Glasby (University of Birmingham)Centre Director of IMPACT (https://more.bham.ac.uk/impact/) the new UK centre for implementing evidence in adult social care. •	Dr Paul Willis (University of Bristol)Findings from two research studies focused on innovative social work practice with older people in England.
