For overseas delegates who wish to attend the event please note that BCS does not issue invitation letters.

What's the refund policy?

A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received within 14 days of the booking date or by Monday 16th January 2018, otherwise, name substitutions will be allowed after this date.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It's not necessary to bring a printed ticket with you to the event. You may need to an electronic ticket when you arrive

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We are happy to take name substitutions if you are unable to make it, please update your booking with the new details or email groups@bcs.uk to request the update manually.
