Overview
This workshop is delivered over 2.5 days with two options - either fully online or on-campus to cater to your learning preference and professional commitments while gaining invaluable insights. Each session is designed to be interactive and engaging, with opportunities for dynamic discussions, break-out group work, hands-on exercises, and networking with peers.
As a transformative technology, artificial intelligence (AI) has permeated many facets of business and society with its capability to reshape economies and disrupt industries, presenting both significant new opportunities and risks. In response to this catalyst of change, boards of directors are challenged to stay ahead of the curve and ensure effective AI governance and decision-making with regard to corporate strategy, potential risks, stakeholders relationships, and compliance.
To better equip board directors on this journey, the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre is launching a series of exclusive and highly interactive workshops targeted at board directors seeking to deepen their understanding of AI governance. We will delve into:
• the fundamentals of AI and machine learning for business, as well as the foundations of data-driven decision-making;
• frameworks for assessing an organisation’s AI capabilities, and how to harness AI opportunities for competitive advantage while mitigating associated risks;
• establishing responsible and ethical AI systems and processes; and
• translating the concepts learnt to the board room through implementing a solid compliance and controls framework.
