This course is designed for HR professionals navigating the growing use of AI in people management. It covers practical HR use cases such as policy drafting, workforce planning, employee communications and compliance, alongside key considerations around bias, ethics and governance. Delegates will also be introduced to the concept of bespoke AI agents, with a brief demonstration showing how simple, task-focused agents can be created to support HR activities safely and responsibly.

Ian Campbell is a Guernsey-based tech entrepreneur, Non-Executive Director and AI trainer with extensive board-level experience across regulated industries. He specialises in helping directors and professional teams use AI safely and practically, with a strong focus on governance, compliance and real-world application.
