The workshops will be followed by a panel discussion: “A.I in people selection: the holy grail, or doomed to fail?". A panel of experts from academia, industry and journalism will address fundamental questions on the use of A.I. in people selection to build your knowledge on the topic. Find out more about the panel discussion here >>

The team mixer will take place in the evening to give you the opportunity to form your team! Grab a drink and mingle, share your thoughts on the use of A.I. for people selection and hear students pitch some of the ideas that you might work on over the course of the weekend.

2. A weekend of Solution Building, supported by specialist mentors! (Saturday 9th-Sunday 10th Feb, from 9am)
You'll spend two days working in mixed teams of 3-5 people, using your collective skills and the data and materials provided to create an A.I.-based solution.

(Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided)

3. Pitch Finale (Tuesday 12th 6-8pm) - The whole experience wraps up with an exciting pitch event, where student teams will present their A.I.-based solution to an audience of peers and professionals, and the expert panel makes a judgement on whose proposal is the strongest.
