A clear, practical explainer on Microsoft 365 Copilot subscriptions, licensing, features and real‑world value for recruiters and RecOps teams.

Session 2 – Microsoft 365 Copilot Deep Dive with – 1 hr
Delivered by Microsoft MVP, Rio Hindle and Kieron Menezes, Microsoft Modern Work and Security Specialist, with real recruitment‑focused examples, usage patterns, prompt strategies and workflow improvements.

Session 3 – Governance, Learning and Adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot – 1 hr
Delivered by Microsoft MVP, Rio Hindle and Kieron Menezes. This session will cover governance models, safety, permissions, adoption strategy, user readiness and rollout frameworks tailored to recruitment businesses.

Session 4 – Brainstorming: RecOps scenarios for Copilot Studio agents – 30 min
A collaborative idea‑generation session focused on identifying real‑world RecOps challenges that can be solved with custom built agents. These ideas will be used to inform our second Workshop on the 18th June : Building RecOps Agents : Microsoft Copilot Studio Explained.
