We are hosting an A.I. transparency workshop at the University of Antwerp (Belgium).

Join us for our AI Transparency workshop in Antwerp, Belgium, considering a variety of issues relating to AI transparency for Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the EU The RAI UK-funded 'Transparency Regulation Toolkits for Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI)' project is one of the first empirical studies to tell us something about how Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) are interpreting and implementing transparency rules in practice, and how they plan to in the future. This project, in particular, will explore how SMEs interpret and apply AI transparency rules against the backdrop of changing regulatory landscapes in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (EU) through two Responsible Innovation (RI) workshops. The EU and UK workshops are an opportunity to connect SMEs with the work of academics, policy makers, regulators, and their users and shape AI transparency guides to help SMEs navigate problems of AI transparency, existing transparency rules, and future transparency rules at different scales . For this reason, we wish to invite 20 participants who are at the forefront of interpreting AI transparency rules for SMEs - or its industry, social, policy, and legal analysis - and join us for the EU workshop in Antwerp. The RI workshop in Antwerp will enable SMEs to actively engage in AI transparency governance and participate in the creation of a EU-specific guide to help SMEs comply with AI transparency requirements in the EU. NB: Registration does not guarantee attendance. Attendees will be selected from those who register interest.
