Bring your friends together for an evening of good food and conversation in a first-of-its-kind culinary experience that celebrates the most hyped kitchen hero of the moment, the small but mighty air fryer. Diners can look forward to a specially curated menu of small plates by TV chef and two times best-selling food author, Nathan Anthony, all of which are cooked using only refurbished air fryers from eBay. The set menu includes twelve small plates in total - three starters, four mains, three desserts – all of which are served over the course two hours and personally introduced by the ‘Air Fryer King’ himself, with tips on how to recreate them at home. Highlights include steak tacos with avocado cream, miso glazed aubergine, aglio e olio chicken wings, nduja-stuffed arancini balls, peaches with ice-cream, honey, and pistachios and Creme Egg croissant balls. Location: 100-102 Hoxton St, London N1 6SGDate: 27th September 2023Time: 18:30 - 20:30 Tickets must be purchased in multiples of two, with a minimum of two tickets and a maximum of four. To avoid disappointment, reserve your spot when tickets are released, as the event is not available for walk-ins. Guests will also get the chance to win their very own Ninja air fryer and Nathan Anthony’s cookbook by uploading a picture using #eBayAIR to Instagram, which will then be entered into a prize draw. Please outline any allergies upon booking and your plates will be tailored to your specific needs. FURTHER EVENT INFORMATION:Tickets must be purchased in multiples of two, with a minimum of two tickets and a maximum of four. Each ticket entitles the customer to a table for two hours (18:30 – 20:30) with three drinks and 12 small sharing plates from Nathan Anthony’s menu. Vegan and gluten-free options are also on offer.*.Food preparation: Please note plates are made in an environment where nuts, wheat and dairy are present. The kitchen will be able accommodate any diet, but guests will have to confirm any specific allergy or requirements when booking their tickets on Eventbrite. Cancellation: If you are unable to attend the event, please message using the below response link and we will release your seats.Competition: Entries will be entered into a prize draw (IG handles from uploads) during the final round of small plates - approx. 20:00. A winner will then be selected at random and announced to all guests by Nathan Anthony.
