The Aleto Foundation works with young people aged 17-27 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership potential. We provide world-class leadership development, mentoring programmes and exclusive career opportunities. As a result, alumni achieve long term personal objectives and have become successful innovators, entrepreneurs and established corporate executives Most of all, they are heralded as tomorrow's leaders.
Aleto also supports organizations to understand the competitive advantages diverse workforces can bring to their organization. This is achieved by hosting roundtable and listening sessions that bring clarity to the diversity discussion. Senior leaders also have the opportunity to interact with our diverse talent pool by joining us on our mentoring programme.
