Take part in a non-syllabus masterclass and Q&A session with Alexander Campbell, Principal artist of The Royal Ballet. This is an exciting opportunity for dancers studying at a vocational level to share in Alexander's artistry and industry experience.

09:30am - 10.00am: Registration - Class 1
10:00am - 11:40am: Class 1 BOYS ONLY vocational level class & Q&A session
<HR>
11:30am - 12:00pm: Registration - Class 2
12:00pm - 1.40pm: Class 2 & Q&A: Suitable for Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate level students.
<HR>
2:00pm - 2.30pm: Registration - Class 3
2.30pm - 4:00pm:  Class 3 & Q&A: Suitable for students at Advanced Foundation and Advance 1&2 level 
Closing date Wednesday 30 May 2018 
Class fee £20 - Limited places available for each class. Class viewing fee £10 - RAD, One Dance UK, London Ballet Circle Members £10 - Students £15 - Parents/ballet enthusiasts

About Alexander Campbell
Australian dancer Alexander Campbell was born in Sydney and trained at Academy Ballet, Sydney, before joining The Royal Ballet School. In 2003 he won silver medal at the Genée International Ballet Competition and was a Prix de Lausanne finalist. He joined BRB in 2005, promoted to first soloist in 2009. He joined The Royal Ballet as a Soloist in 2011, promoted to First Soloist in 2012 and Principal in 2016.
Campbell’s repertory with the Royal Ballet includes Prince (The Sleeping Beauty), Prince and Hans-Peter/Nutcracker (The Nutcracker), Colas (La Fille mal gardée), Oberon (The Dream), Basilio (Don Quixote), Magician/Mad Hatter and Lewis Carroll/White Rabbit (Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland), Florizel (The Winter’s Tale), Young Man (The Two Pigeons), Jack (Sweet Violets), Emble (The Age of Anxiety), Officer (Anastasia) and roles in Tarantella, ‘Emeralds’ and ‘Rubies’ (Jewels), Voices of Spring, In the Night, Connectome, Ceremony of Innocence, Woolf Works and Carbon Life. His role creations include Henry Clerval (Frankenstein) and in Obsidian Tear.
In addition to his work with the Royal Ballet He continues to make regular guest appearances with Australian Ballet and the Birmingham Royal Ballet.
