Our workshop will provide refresments and all the materials you need to create a masterpiece that reflects your aspirations. Let's come together to align our visions and manifest our desires for the Autumn ahead guided by the lovely holistic life coach, Janie Waring.

At the beginning of June, I lost my mum to bowel cancer and decided to dedicate the following ten months to fundraising in her memory. It’s my own way of navigating the healing journey, cherishing the beautiful, positive person my mum was, while also contributing to and supporting those who are going through the same ordeal.

This is the first of many events to come, and all profits will be donated to the Bowelbabe Fund, created by Dame Deborah James, who sadly passed away in June 2022.

In the words of Gandhi: “Whatever you do in life will be insignificant, but it is very important that you do it.” And this is my way of doing it.

I hope you can join me for this opportunity to connect with like-minded people and kick-start your autumn with positivity and inspiration, whilst supporting me on this journey.
