Values, goals and action

Values, goals and action
This workshop explores the relationship between values, goals and action, inviting you to reflect on what truly matters and how closely your goals reflect those values. Through guided and practical exercises, you’ll explore:
- what your goals realistically bring into your life
- what they require in terms of time, energy and trade-offs
- what may need to be released to create space for meaningful change.
The session helps you move forward in a way that feels sustainable and aligned rather than driven by pressure or idealised expectations.

Each workshop lasts 120 minutes and includes:
📌 A short introduction to the session theme
✍️ Guided reflective exercises

Who are the facilitators?
Catalina and Elena are counsellors-in-training and friends with a shared passion: helping others reconnect with their true selves. They created ‘Becoming more me’ out of a desire to help people live more authentically.
Meet Catalina
“I’m a curious human who believes in unique paths to self-discovery. As a neurodiverse woman, I am deeply interested in psychology, body based (somatic) practices and family systems principles. I chose counselling as a foundation, but my passion centres around going beyond words - exploring your inner world through games, trans generational patterns and body awareness."
Meet Elena
"I’m a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) who learned how to turn deep feelings into strength. I use that lived experience, alongside my background in psychology and counselling, to help others do the same. I believe that every challenge carries the potential for insight and my purpose is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your clarity and your inner resilience."
DISCLAIMER: this is not therapy or a substitute for therapy, but a place to gently bring awareness and growth to your authentic self.
