It’s a guided space where you explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours in a supportive group setting. You’re invited to reflect, participate in exercises and discover personal insights that can help you grow, understand yourself better and make more intentional choices.

I’ve never done anything like this before, what should I expect?

Expect a welcoming space, gentle guidance and exercises designed to help you explore yourself at your own pace. You won’t be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing, and there’s no pressure to open up. You can participate in whatever way feels right for you.

How long does each workshop last?

Each workshop lasts 2 hours, giving enough time for reflection, discussion and the guided exercises. There’s space to settle in, explore each theme, and leave feeling grounded before the session ends.

How many participants will there be?

Each group is kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants, so everyone has space to share, reflect and engage fully.

Where can I park?

The workshop is hosted in a building located in the park, but there’s plenty of free parking nearby on Riverside Cl, Patrixbourne Rd and Conyngham Ln.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and an open mind! It’s also helpful to bring a notebook and pen if you’d like to jot down reflections or insights during the exercises. But we will also be providing something to write with and on.
