Do I have to share my writing?!

No - this is a self-guided writing retreat and we won't be sharing work in the session. It's more about giving you the space and support to get your words down on paper.

What kind of thing will we be writing?

That's totally up to you! This is a self-guided writing retreat and you can work on anything your heart desires. Poetry, prose, fiction, non-fiction, screenplays....it's all good!

Can I bring my uni coursework/non-creative writing?

Of course! We're all about providing a supportive and productive writing environment - what you write is up to you. We're here to get words on the page (plus have a laugh, support each other and eat some biscuits).

Is the venue accessible for me?

Accepted Answer

The venue has wheelchair access, and an accessible toilet. Please let us know of any other accessibility requirements you may have, and we can make suitable accommodations.

Is lunch included?

Yes!! Your ticket covers a yummy soup lunch (with veggies grown on the croft) as well as coffee/tea, and loads of good snacks! (Please note tea/coffee included in the ticket will be from urns provided for our group - any fancier coffees you'll have to purchase yourself.)
