All or Nothing | Ensemble | Dance Base Residency sharing
Join All or Nothing for a sharing of two works-in-progress with their newly formed company Ensemble.
Newly formed aerial performance company, The Ensemble, has been working at Dance Base to devise two new pieces of work.
The first piece, influenced by Avril Paton’s painting of a tenement block, ‘Windows in the West’, and stories such as Hitchcock’s Rear Window and Nan Goldin’s photography, Windows is an exploration into glimpses of other people’s lives — a new mid-scale piece for theatre settings.
The second piece, The Flying Ceilidh is a new outdoor work in collaboration with Marie Williamson and Evie Waddell, bringing the joy, celebration and community of a ceilidh into the air!
Supported by the Dance Base in-kind support programme.
