Alternative Friday Night

The style of yoga offered is slow flowing and strong. This allows you to practice yoga safely with emphasis on breath, alignment and intuitive movement.​Yoga is so much more than just an exercise class. It is an opportunity to create inner peace, take some time for yourself and listen in to your body.​The mantra Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is at the core of Neetu Yoga's intention. This mantra translates to 'May all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all'.

I N V I T A T I O N
An evening of calm to nourish mind and body. You will be softly guided through nourishing pranayama (breath work), a yoga flow, meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to close.  Offering you the opportunity to release all which no longer serves you emotionally, physically and spiritually, opening space to deeply connect to your truth and manifest your deepest desires.   Please bring a yoga mat and blanket with you.
