Intro to American Sign Language (ASL)

In this ASL class, you will learn not only the letters and numbers of American Sign Language but also some vocabulary that will help you have basic conversations in ASL. If you already know your ASL letters and numbers, still join--there's so much more to learn!! Plus, it can be a lot of fun and so useful! The instructor, Valerie Sultan, has deaf parents, and ASL is her first language. She's also a full-time sign language interpreter.

*The USO please asks to remember, these are free programs that we are offering the community and we hope for everyone to get a chance to participate.  No-showing 2 times, without justifiable reason, will prohibit customers from signing up for any other programs for 1 calendar year after the 2nd missed program.  If you cannot fulfill your reservation, please cancel via Eventbrite, or let us know as soon as possible, no less than 48 hours before the event, as we will be happy to open your spot up for someone else. *
