AMHSA - Model Form of Contract MF/1 Training Event

Following the revision to The Model Form of Contract (MF/1 Rev 7), AMHSA are extremely pleased to be able to offer our MF/1 Model Form of Contract Training Event on Wednesday 14th May 2025.

The event will be hosted by the AMHSA Secretariat Team at The Three Swans Hotel in Market Harborough, and presented by Tony Ventrella, Principal Adviser at Ventrella Associates and leading industry specialist and key member of the MF/1 Drafting Committee.

With an LL.B (Hons) in Law and MA in Business Law, Tony is an expert in both legal and practical application of the contract in our industry and will be on hand to guide attendees through the principals and practices of contract design. The course will pay particular emphasis on how the model contract can be used for the automated material handling systems and logistics industry. Tony is also able to support the application of MF/1 contracts internationally.

The training course is tailored to all those responsible for the negotiation and execution of commercial supply and installation contracts in the materials handling industry. It is also suitable for both the Commercial team and will provide a good overview of the MF/1 model contract for Sales, Projects and Design and Engineering teams who are involved in commercial discussions with customers and suppliers.

Tony will share his commercial and legal expertise in relation to automated handling projects using MF/1 and other forms of contract.

We welcome delegates for registration and breakfast refreshments from 0900 hours. The session will commence at 0930.

We are unable to offer refunds once you have booked but will consider exceptional circumstances. In all cases any considered refunds will be subject to Eventbrite fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) plus an administration fee (10% of the total applicable fee).
