In essence this is a day about female empowerment, sisterhood and standing proud in your female energy. It is facilitated by one of the UK's top female champions, Jane Kenyon MBE.

AMPLIFY! is for every woman.

Come on your own, with your teenage daughter, your mum, your sister, your niece or your best friend.

Bringing your teenage daughter is completely optional, but if you've been looking for something meaningful to do together, this could be the day that changes your relationship.

This full day event is not about encouraging you to become someone else. It is about remembering who you already are in your full technicolour glory! You are not too loud, too emotional or too much.

Amplify is about listening and turning the volume up on your voice, your visibility and your values.

It is about being seen, being heard and harnessing your rebel vibe as opposed to your good girl vibe, the one where you channel little miss perfect and put everyone else first and hold everything together ALL the time.

It is a day to press pause, exhale, connect with your wisdom, your courage, your self belief and your authenticity.

Amplify is where comparison quietly leaves the room, where judgement gives way to compassion and where laughter and tears are never far away!

We are all meant to shine and when women gather with open hearts we remind each other of our strength, we borrow courage until we find our own and we celebrate and champion each other.

We rise as one.

This is an opportunity to come home to yourself and watch your daughter do the same, if you feel that is appropriate. There is more that unites us today than ever before. We are both navigating stormy waters, but too often we are both blind to each other's pain.

She may roll her eyes when you book her a ticket, but she will thank you on the journey home.
