Overview

Join us on Sunday 30th August at the Liverpool Beatles Museum, Mathew Street for an exclusive audience with Billy Butler

As part of International Beatleweek, the Liverpool Beatles Museum is delighted to welcome Billy Butler for a special afternoon Q&A.

Billy Butler was a friend of The Beatles and played an active role in Liverpool’s music scene during their formative years. He shared the stage with the band on several occasions and was also the DJ at the Cavern Club, placing him at the heart of the Merseybeat movement as it unfolded.

During this event, Billy will reflect on his personal experiences with The Beatles, life at the Cavern, and the wider Liverpool music scene of the era. The discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A, offering fans the chance to hear first-hand stories from someone who was truly there.

This Beatleweek event provides a rare opportunity to gain insight into the early days of The Beatles from a key figure in Liverpool’s musical history.

Tickets are £29.50, doors open at 2pm and the show will begin at 3pm.
