Join us for an interactive session on things to consider before submitting your research for publication and on doing peer-reviews

The Health and Behaviour Research Centre is organising a series of Seminars dedicated to our Doctoral students, Early Career Researchers and staff with special interest on the research topics announced. Our next event will take place online on Wednesday, 11 th March 2026, 16.00 hrs.

The session will be led by Dr Wendy Ross (Psychology - London Metropolitan University) and Prof Vlad Glaveanu (Psychology - Dublin City University)

Behind the submission screen: An Editor's perspective on getting published

In this session Ross and Glaveanu will discuss the publishing process from the perspective of a journal editor from initial submission, conducting a review of others work and dealing with your own reviews. This will be a highly interactive session which should give you new insights into the academic publishing business.
