To gain access to the concert, you must bring your ticket with you. This can be either printed or can be shown on your phone. You may also be asked to produce a valid photo ID  that matches the confirmation name. Please also consider the current Covid regulations. Most of our venues will ask you to

What happens if the event gets rescheduled?

If the concert gets moved to a new date, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are not able to go to the show on the new date, we advise you to ask your family/friends if they can go instead of you. If that is not an option, we advise you to offer the tickets to be re-sale through h

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we have a no-refund policy. All ticket sales are final. If the event will not happen due to COVID or any other measures, and there is no option to reschedule within 12 months, we will reimburse all purchased tickets.
