How do you want to get there?
The Forgotten Himalayas: Kang Yatse & Nun
7 summiteer and 360’s chief guide Rolfe Oostra shares his gripping stories about climbing in the Indian Himalayas. He’ll take you to Kang Yatse 2, one of the most accessible 6000-ers on the planet. Rolfe will also talk about the rarely climbed Nun Peak, a technical 7135m Himalayan giant deep in the mountains of Zanskar. To top it off he will share tips and tricks on how to do these epic mountains yourself.
Summit of Stone: Batian Peak, Africa’s Highest Rock Climb
Adventurer Danny Cummings shares his story on an attempt to climb the highest peak in Kenya, a 20-pitch rock climb to the steep, exposed summit of Batian (5199m). It’s the second highest point in Africa but only an estimated 50 people successfully reach the summit, compared to roughly 25,000 on Kilimanjaro. Mount Kenya is surrounded by vast savannah wilderness, perfect for a post-climb safari.
