This is not your average wine night — it’s an exclusive and intimate gathering limited to 50 guests, curated to feel personal and elevated. What's Included?

Guests will enjoy a curated selection of six premium wines, including Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, and notable Super Tuscans. Each wine will be introduced with detailed presentations featuring maps, historical context, and tasting notes, providing a deeper appreciation of the regions and traditions from which they originate.

To accompany the wines, we will serve a variety of local sheep’s milk cheeses, carefully selected to complement and enhance the tasting experience.

Thomas Brenner, Sommelier’s Choices

Born and raised in England, Thomas Brenner discovered his passion for hospitality and wine while studying events management at Leeds University. His career led him to the Four Seasons in Florence, Italy, where he spent three years immersed in fine dining, impeccable service, and some of the world’s most celebrated wines. It was there that his love of wine flourished, inspiring him to earn his sommelier qualifications.

With this expertise, Thomas launched Sommelier’s Choices, a company dedicated to creating unique wine experiences. From private and group tours of Italy’s hidden wineries to his carefully curated wine club, Thomas shares not only extraordinary wines but also the stories and connections behind them. His tastings bring people together, transforming a simple glass of wine into a memorable journey.

Today, Thomas continues to craft intimate, guest-focused wine events that reflect his deep knowledge, approachable style, and genuine passion for building community through wine.
