About this event

Did you know most coffee is fermented? Do you know how fermentation affects flavour? Come to Prufrock Friday May 17th at 6:00pm to taste how processing affects your cup of coffee.

Learn the microbiology behind your favorite flavours from processing specialist Lucia Solis.

During the event you’ll taste 4 coffees prepared by Lucia’s Fermentation Training Camp in Guatemala.

This event is a fundraiser to bridge the education gap between coffee consumers and coffee producers. All proceeds from the event including ticket and coffee sales will go towards sponsoring one or more producer spots on forthcoming fermentation camps. (FTC)

If you're in London and fancy an evening of lively discussion, tasting the effects of various processes, having a Q&A with one of our industry processing experts and contributing to coffee education then make sure to sign up.
