OBJECTIVES

In this webinar, we will explore how a Scottish personal injury claim begins — from the first intimation at the pre-litigation stage through to the commencement of court proceedings. This session is the first in a two-part series that will follow the procedural progression of a personal injury claim, from the letter of claim all the way to the final day of the proof.

DELEGATES

This Zoom webinar will be of particular interest to solicitors, trainee solicitors, paralegals, and other legal professionals working in the field of personal injury law. Whether you're new to the area or looking to refresh your knowledge of Scottish court procedure, this session offers practical guidance for everyday practice.
